About Dr. Mesch
Lawyer Dr. Mesch has several years of professional experience as an in-house lawyer in companies in the shipping and software industries, as well as a lawyer in one of the world’s largest 5 consulting firms. Additionally, he served as a lecturer in business law for 9 semesters at the Hochschule Emden-Leer. Dr. Mesch completed his legal studies at the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster. He holds a doctoral degree in insurance and corporate law, and his doctoral thesis has been published as a book available on Amazon. His practical training/clerkship took place at the Landgericht Münster, the public prosecutor’s office in Münster, the IHK Oldenburg, at Oldenburg’s largest law firm, Wandscher & Partner, and the Westfälische Provinzial-Versicherung. His international experiences include giving a business lecture at the University of California, Riverside, and an internship at a legal500 law firm in London. Dr. Mesch is a fully qualified lawyer with the eligibility for the German judicial office. He is admitted to the Bar Association Oldenburg for all German courts, including the Higher Regional Courts.
